铸件缺陷修补方法

铸件|树脂砂铸件|箱体铸件|滑枕铸件泊头市 卓远机械制造有限公司专业生产各种材质铸件由于铸造缺陷修补机只能修补黑色金属的铸造缺陷,对铸铝、铸铜缺陷的修补,企业的需求更显紧迫,公司继1999年开发 出第一代黑色金属修补机后,在不断换代的同时,又开始 了更为艰巨的研制开发工作,由于铝、铜电阻小,散热快的特性,已不能 应用黑色金属的焊接原理,必须另辟新径,开发工 作曾一度陷入困境,经过专 家们夜以继日的上千次的实验,历时二年半的时间,于2002年9月份创 造性应用电火花微离子升温溶化原理,研制出 了世界上第一台铸铝、铸铜缺陷修补机,并于次年3月份正式下线销售。至此,投入巨资,历时7年半的 时间完成了黑色金属、铸铝、铸铜三 种七型铸造缺陷修补机的研制开发工作,填补了 世界铸造业的空白,带来了 铸造缺陷修复的一次革命,被称为 二十一世纪铸造业的伟大发明。

铸造生 产中炉料主要是生铁、废钢、焦炭、石灰石等、型砂、芯砂。主要是原砂、粘土、煤粉、树脂等粘结剂、固化剂、旧砂等的运输、混砂、造型、制芯、烘烤、熔化、浇注、冷却、落砂、清理和后处理等工序,就其作 业内容来讲是在机械振动和噪声中进行,有的还在高温如熔化、浇注中作业,有的产生刺激性气味,粉尘作 业环境更是恶劣。在我国 铸造车间每生产1吨铸件,约散发50公斤粉尘,熔炼和 浇注工序排放废渣200公斤、废气20立方米,造型和清理排废砂约13—15吨。以年产2200万吨铸件计,每年排污物总量为:废渣440万吨、废砂近1650万吨、废气4亿立方米。这些数 据足以说明我国铸造行业环境问题的严峻程度,采用高 技术实现绿色铸造是当前需要重点解决的关键问题。

我国除 少数大型企业生产设备精良、铸造技术先进、环保措 施基本到位以外,多数铸 造厂点生产设备陈旧、技术落后、一般很 少顾及环保问题。上世纪80年代,政府对规模小、技术水平低、污染严 重的企业进行了专业化调整,提高了 企业的集约化程度,但铸造 生产的粗放型特征没有得到根本改变。生产现场环境恶劣、作业条件差、技术落后、粗放式 生产的铸造企业占90%以上;1998年在匈牙利举办的第63届世界 铸造会议上颁发了环境保护奖,获奖铸 造厂中没有一个在中国,这与中 国的铸造大国地位极不相称。我国铸 造业的环境问题还表现在对自然资源的超量消耗上。

So far, with huge investment, it took seven and a half years to complete the research and development of seven-type casting defect repair machines for ferrous metals, cast aluminium and cast copper, which filled the blank of the world foundry industry and brought a revolution in the repair of casting defects, and was called a great invention of the foundry industry in the 21st century.

In foundry production, the main burden is pig iron, scrap steel, coke, limestone, moulding sand and core sand. The main processes are transportation, sand mixing, moulding, core making, baking, melting, pouring, cooling, sand falling, cleaning and post-treatment of raw sand, clay, pulverized coal, resin and other binders, curing agents, used sand, etc. In terms of their contents, they are carried out in mechanical vibration and noise, while some are still operating in high temperature such as melting and pouring, some produce irritating odor and dust operation ring. The situation is even worse. In our foundry workshops, about 50 kg of dust is emitted per ton of castings produced. 200 kg of waste slag and 20 cubic meters of waste gas are discharged from smelting and pouring processes, and about 13-15 tons of waste sand are discharged from moulding and cleaning. According to the annual output of 22 million tons of castings, the total annual sewage discharge is 4.4 million tons of waste slag, 16.5 million tons of waste sand and 400 million cubic meters of waste gas. These data are sufficient to illustrate the severity of environmental problems in China's foundry industry. The key problem to be solved at present is to adopt high technology to realize green foundry.

Except for a few large enterprises with excellent production equipment, advanced casting technology and basic environmental protection measures in place, most foundries in China have outdated production equipment, backward technology and seldom take environmental protection into account. In the 1980s, the government made professional adjustments to small-scale, low-tech, and seriously polluted enterprises, which improved the intensive degree of enterprises, but the extensive characteristics of foundry production have not been fundamentally changed. Over 90% of foundry enterprises have poor production environment, poor working conditions, backward technology and extensive production. At the 63rd World Foundry Conference held in Hungary in 1998, environmental protection awards were awarded. None of the awarded foundries is in China, which is very incompatible with China's status as a foundry power. The environmental problems of China's foundry industry are also manifested in the excessive consumption of natural resources.
